    Yes. If we look at your tech and cannot get it working, you do not pay for the labour. Honest diagnosis, honest answer. Any parts or travel are quoted separately and only billed with your written agreement before we start the work.

    Yes. Roughly half of our work is home users with everyday tech issues, and half is small businesses in Kent. There is no minimum and no long contract for one-off jobs.
